whacha think bout solos? are they needed? nope? sometimes? for several types? several bands? etc

just one useless drum solo. can u play like that? O__O

i dont like long solos it gets borin.

Drum solos are good, el.guitar solos not so much, they are very high pitched and mostly they dont fit in with the mood of the song.

i agree guitar solos usaly fuck the song up. although drum solos are to *dry* if u know what i mean. my compromise is... no solos? : P

I think that both guitar and drum solos can be a good thing for a song to have but it just has to be done smart and to serve the song and not just to be there just because it has to be
